Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA)

Annual maintenance is recommended and can help to extend or validate warranty claims, as is required by some manufacturers. Additionally, annual maintenance will help to improve the lifespan and reliability of your heating and cooling equipment.

A standard Heating & Cooling agreement provides for preventive maintenance to the chosen equipment via two service calls each year: one in the spring for cooling related equipment and one in the fall for heating related equipment, unless otherwise noted.

In addition to the chosen services, PMA customers receive:

• 15% discount on HVAC repairs
• No overtime charge for after hours emergency service
• Get priority scheduling for emergencies
