Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA)
Annual maintenance is recommended and will help to extend required by manufactures to validate warranty claims. Additionally, annual maintenance will help to extend the lifespan and reliability of your heating and cooling equipment.
A standard Heating & Cooling agreement provides for preventive maintenance to the chosen equipment via two service calls each year: one in the spring for cooling related equipment and one in the fall for heating related equipment, unless otherwise noted.
In addition to the chosen services, PMA customers receive:
- 15% discount on repairs
- Not charged overtime for after hours emergency service
- Get priority scheduling for emergencies
